I disabled all my mods but no luck

When I mount Sahrotaar he flies off but just leaves me hanging in mid air. I get the "fly dragons instruction pop up" but nothing happens so I'm completely stuck there. I have no mods installed that could possibly cause this. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? http://i48.tinypic.com/9acsi0.jpg
