I've been getting weird texture problems with NPC's when I equip or download a mod that has ApachiiSkyHair hair's on NPC's Take a look: http://s1249.photobucket.com/albums/hh519/Arnold_Goncharenko/?action=view&current=ScreenShot2.jpg I have no idea what's wrong, I tried to edit the NPC to a different hair style using NPC edit tool (with no luck keeps giving me a fatal error) and with the creation kit (everytime I try to add an ApachiiSkyHair, its says "Facegen: no morphs found in TRI file...etc, and when I try to add a vanilla hairstyle it says "texture Set missing texture...\coolsims\42.dds and \coolsims\42_n.dds, it also continues to complain and say "textures: BSFacegenNiNodeSkinned: HairFemaleNord21 is missing a diffuse map and a normal map) I tried to uninstall and reinstall apachiiskyhair many times, with no luck whasoever The strange thing is my characters hairstyle is perfectly coloured!!! and there is no problem with her hairstyle WHATSOEVER My load order is: Skyrim.ESM RaceCompatbility.ESM ApachiiSkyHair.ESM Overlook tower - base.esm Overlook tower - main.esp Oriental Race.esp All the Diverse House Carl's ESP's The Asteria.esp and UFO.esp I also have a envision face, RAN's headmesh Variants - Type B, and Sky UI Enabled (with SKSE) Help please? EDIT: I think I have found the issue...for some reason it's the UFO Mod...It makes the hair all f***ed up...any idea on maybe a fix or replacement?

I've been getting this weird error when I play the game, well it's not much of an error expect that, hell I hate it, what happens is that for some reason sense I tried to install CSD NPC's i've been having an issue with ALL the guards, they have female bodies and voices but male heads, it's... disturbing at most. I've tried to uninstall the mod, won't work I've also tried to reinstall the whole game, still having the same issue. it's there any fix to this, I'm not even sure if this is mod related, and if there is no way to fix it is there any mod that turns ALL guards into females? Good looking or not. I'm pretty sure I'm not overclocking it...I'll try Chassis fans (One of my friends said that my case is for casual gaming needs not hardcore like me XD)

I'll try to keep it from overheating. I'll get a new case soon, this time I'll include fans!

is there anyway to go down too DirectX 9 for oblivion? Some games with graphics like crysis or mirros edge work fine. I tested it with HL2 and it keeps on crashing after 3-4 hours. it's down to maybe 30-40 minutes before it crashes now... I already updated the driver, I'll try what you said. Nope nothing. Now it flickers once and then 5 minutes later after this, the screen goes black for 3 seconds the the screen becomes White and a box says "Oblivion has stopped working"

Already tried it...it doesn't work I tried setting it too the lowest setting and everything worked but nobody can play oblivion on lowest resolution right XD I've tried all the graphics options and they all had the same result expect the lowest setting can it be the screen itself? (1920 x 1080 (32bit) (59mhz) )

Sense I instilled my new Graphics card (nividia GeForce GTX260) I have been having some weird issues with oblivion, my screen keep flickering and after it's done it goes to desktop and it says "Graphics something stopped working and has recovered" this happens every 5 or so minutes... and everybody I know, does not know whats the cause of this! My specs (if needed): Ocz 600W power supply nividia GeForce GTX 260 Graphics card Asus M2N-E motherboard 2 gig ram (kingmax, sadly my ram it the crappiest you can find, lucky I'm getting at least 4 gig ram next week 800mhz) AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 6400+ 3.21ghz Windows 7 64-bit please help! I want to get back to playing oblivion (and half-life 2, but it doesn't have the same problem but maybe it will solve it still)

Every NPC in tamriel and SI have greetings...I had that bug before but I fixed it. I had problems with marts monster mod...I did some debugging then I found out that it was the KOTN patch that was screwing up my game, in the process of fixing that I enabled/disabled SI 2 times, thats what got my quest to be gone ( I know I know that was a stupid idea...) The part of the quest where I was, was the part with turning on that jail (Where you kill the adventures) and then heading back to Sheogorath...but before I could I wanted more NPC's too kill, and more stuff to do so I went to install Marts monster mod...

I have no main quests relating too the SI main quest line in other words I have no SI main quest line! and what do you mean by hack engine?

If I uninstall SI then Oblivion will my mods/saves still will be there? Or do I have to start a new character to complete the changes?

I still have the problem. D: I have not used any codes to travel from and too SI I just finished the part where I turned on/killed the adventures in that prison type building... Maybe the triggers are broken? I reinstalled shivering isles twice because of certain oblivion problems (took me 2 hours to figure out everything >.<) isn't there a mod or something that deletes all data that you have been in SI or something around that?

Can I start the shivering isles quest line without making a new character... because mine is bugged D: (no quests for Shivering isles and when I talk too sheagorth/what ever his name is that stands beside him they don't have ANY dialogue choices! and the rest of the population don't have any quests to give me!)

Nope nothing... It's a texture problem not a DLC Every custom texture is *banned* up and also same thing goes for Nude mods such as dimonized (the breasts have an outline of a bra But I don't really care about that right now) Heres a video to describe it better: PLEASE HELP ME! I got this problem with ALL custom model or texture mods. So when I put some armor/guns/new stuff/etc. and I try to save it it saves but the problem is that I can't see it in the folder I saved it in (but I can see it in the GECK) but when I try to save it anywhere other then the Data folder in my FO3 folder it says invalid directory. Please help!
