Hi i would like someone to do a mod about race called observers in skyrim they are bold and strong they can teleport and they can move very fast even they can avoid human weapons this is a picture of one of them http://seriable.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/fringe-observers-eoat.jpg I think a race of them will be cool
