  1. So I'm screwing around with making a custom follower (for release if it turns out well) to learn some basic skyrim modding. I have made mods in the past for other games, but they were mostly textures and a few 3D edits of existing models. Few questions then, any help at all appreciated. Is it possible to get an NPC to use specific killmoves, and increase the chance the npc will use them? How would I change "I need you to do something for me(attack/wait/pickup)" mode so it can be initiated with a power instead of having to talk to the follower?
  2. original message, skyrim started ctding after using these tweaks, attempting to remove tweaks broke game, etc, etc... Edit: nvm, Fixed, after some general panic and trawling around I found this post from a year ago All working again, many thanks ecirbaf, and I will be a lot more careful if I ever mess with ini files again  Do have a new question though. Using these settings I was getting great visuals, no noticeable drop in framerate and everything was going great until the ctds started 2 hours into playing... uGridsToLoad=9 uExterior Cell Buffer=100 iPreloadSizeLimit=4294967296 Any tips on stopping the ctds? System is OC'd GTX560ti, FX6100 (6 Core, 3.2GHz), 8GB RAM.
  3. So I've been playing with UFO, and now I want to try AFT, but some of my followers are glitched. AFT says to fire and rehire followers to activate AFT options, but some of my followers (Stenvar, Bellrand and Jenassa) will not leave my service. The option appears but when used the "your follower has left your service" message does not, and they continue to follow me. To make matters worse, if I switch back to UFO, fire those followers (which does cause them to leave), save and then load up AFT they come running back to me. AFT command make follower has no effect on these them, despite the dire warning messages. Lydia and Marcurio work correctly with AFT. The only explanation I can think of is my 6th follower (Ysolda) was recruited with Bat Follower command (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4139), and this may be somehow effecting the other three even though I haven't used it on them, since Ysolda is bugged in the same way. Any suggestions?
