You're using Hardlinks, so your Mod Staging Folder needs to be on the same drive as your game is. NOT IN THE GAME FOLDER though.

 

Also, you really should avoid installing things to the Program Files (x86) directory, too many permission problems.

 

 

 

It was the default, also it is in the same drive.

Yea idk what to do, screenshot below, I've tried changing the Mod Staging Folder, I have no idea what to do now.

Edit: I fixed it if you wanna know how I wish I could tell you, but, it just worked after I did something, idk what I did, but it worked.
