  1. I'm sorta looking for the same thing, except mine is the opposing, x32 bit. Maybe both x32 and x64 can be found on this thread, if anyone knows, please let me know in advance, thanks.

P.S. Subvert5, where did you download the 32 bit version? May I please have a link through either here or PM?

EDIT : Nevermind, I found it. Seems to work for my 3DS Max, but I wish you luck on finding the x64 version. I don't really know where else to look, but what I found so far is the one you mentioned.

  2. It depends on what you mean by Twilight elves. If you mean the Twili from LoZ TP, they're included in my race pack. If you mean Twilight elves by another definition, guess I don't know then.

It's kinda funny hearing the name twilight on this thread. The vampire movie of it sucked, but yes it is indeed quite a common name for races, etc.

Well I meant it sucked due to the vamps having glitter on their skin. Grrr, mumble mumble...

  3. The coolest part about OoT for me was the fact that you could be a kid or adult, and that you actually had a fairy :P

    Dear God... Don't even mention...

Yeah, I didn't say it in like there was anything that much bad in the game, of course we all have our opinions of every game. Twilight Princess didn't disappoint me at all is what I'm basically saying.

lol, only thing I didn't like about OoT was the fairy. She was annoying. :P

  4. I don't really know what to say for disputes on something wrong with the game, but I'd say it's overall pretty good. Yet it inspired me to make RotHK, a mod project I'm working on, but that's another matter. I gotta say so far, this is my favorite game in the Legend of Zelda franchise, no doubt I'm probably gonna play Skyward Sword when it comes out.
  5. If you guys are talking about this in the pic, then yes I have the same problem.(Note I have a different browser, so it just opened in a new tab whenever I download something.)

    http://i301.photobucket.com/albums/nn55/Lord_Slyther234/Problem-4.jpg

I stopped using firefox weeks ago due to it crashing on sites like YouTube and whatnot. I think my version was the latest when this happened, no matter, it still crashed due to several javascript errors and some not. I suppose it won't hurt giving it a try again considering that I got my javascript up to date, but yes these kinds of ads are not necessary. I don't mind it being on mugshots beside a file description or whatnot, but this is the best source I can provide as in a screenshot when re-directed to a download. But I still trust that the problem would reside quickly, as it does annoy not only me but everyone else, I can cur.

  6. It's a common error. It happens at times. You don't need to blame it on yourself, because we too have had these incidents. The moderators and admins here won't just go "OMG ban ban!", instead I find them quite reasonable people, and they understand. However if you double-posted on intent, they would outright ban you.

A useful tip of advice. When a moderator looks at your posts, edit one of them clarifying it was a double post on accident, and explain when necessary. The lag in general. It's no big deal.

As for the status bar you showed above, you can easily delete that. It is your Nexus profile after all.

  7. Interesting. I also purchased Vegas for the purpose of YouTube videos. This tool is also known for it's high definition, and if you want to make ingame bink videos, you should get RAD tools.

As for tutorials, I'm not too familiar with everything in Vegas, but then again, I know only the basics. You can click that tab in your video clip, the two boxes and the divider in the middle to add effects to your movie clip. The square tab determines how close up you want to zoom in your clip during the video.

Also, if you're sick and tired of those letterbox formats in your video, you should flip on stretch to video size in render options.

  8. I think that your system is more than fair. I would like to make one suggestion, though, if I may. Allow the ratings to stand without your moderators intervention. The flamers will make themselves known quickly enough and be banned. The "diva" modders who can't take the low rating (which of course they will hate) should be allowed to leave. Then modders will have a true sense of their work's appeal. I don't like self-deception, it is the worst of all, especially for an artist who wants to create good work. I discount all of my highest praise and most scathing critiques, since both are usually unfair. What is left gives me a better idea of how I am doing.

If I may say something here, there is not a lot of people who could ever possibly hold the 'Hollywood' stance. Not a lot of people are perfect on the internet, yet sometimes someone who is new to modding, and yes he may be in his beginning stages. That's ok, because he/she's learning. Yet many people are sensitive to the massive criticism you and many other people out there may give. We don't want authors to be proud of their unfinished work, but we don't want to hurt them either. And apparently, since self-deception may be heard elsewhere, I say that nobody's ever heard of 'suckish work' here.

You have to understand as well, not everybody is gonna take your grain of salt 100%, but if you feel the need to point out certain weaknesses and flaws, you know what I do? I am calm and polite, I express the problem with detail, and most important of all, make the author understand without offending him/her. I don't think many people are quite satisfied here with the 1-10 ratings, but then again, a modder who can't take such critical sentences should not be banned for something so simple like that. This isn't Newgrounds, where you can expect your file to be under judgment. It should stay on the Nexus, no matter if users demand it to be removed or not, the only time should a file be removed is if it's malicious software or bogus information which breaches the Terms of Service. I'd say the file should stay up, no matter how suckish of quality it is, but I think eventually it will get better as the modder chooses to approve and update for further versions.

The rating system on here is a system that approve of the mod's performance, as in depending on how often it crashes. The rating system is not intended for the personality of a mod. Yes I know, I've seen not so many great mods on here, and yet I didn't bother commenting on them, and I left the file alone as it is. I don't often review a mod unless it's something a modder can approve on to make the file more stable for gameplay.

  9. This post definitely helps a lot, when in dire situations. I've been encountering trolls on other sites recently, even though I may hold a grudge against one or two of them, but I have enough than what I can usually take on there. But I do like this new idea, the effective rating system. I would approve of this, because I don't think there are enough people on the internet to take such criticism very well, one of my favorite sayings "Karma ruins people's lives", well basically we all want to keep a good rep. The world of course is not going to submit to your demands, and yet a few younger audiences will still attempt to provoke you. It's not a pleasant sight from my perspective, and my ways aren't usually the best anyways, but I keep my hostility away from this site.

But then again, it's just another one of my helpful opinions, if hopefully. Like for example, engaging a troll because he talks trash about one of your videos or which people may find very good on YouTube, yet it's not always the best idea. Trolling could later on get out of hand, and then you will find yourself in a situation where you think all of the world's against you, if you're not on top of your playing cards, you will feel depression, and yet will somewhat lose hope in humanity, as the first post says, and it definitely explains a lot on this radical emotional subject, but don't make the same mistakes as I did either. Yes I have argued with quite a lot of them on YT, and it's stressful, I'm not saying it isn't.

But that being said, I would gladly endorse this future rating system.

  10. @Lord Slyther:

Ok people. The subject is DEAD. What's said is said. You know, by discussing the sword further, all we're doing is bumping the subject further, which has no need to be. The answers are there. End of story.

    Moving on...

  11. Wow, you didn't even read my post! I didn't say he can't post his screenshots. All I said was he shouldn't be so angry about people asking about his mods when he posts screenshots of them.

You didn't specify your meaning enough when you posted the message. I took my time reading it, and judging from the message, it must be clarifying that you're saying a "If you don't wanna share mods, don't share your images" kind of response. If this was not your intent, I apologize. And yes he did not need to be angry, I agree, but what I was basically saying from my previous post is people shouldn't boss others around saying they can't upload screens at all. But then again, I wasn't angry with the second post on this subject, but yes I got a little mad with you at the 3rd until you cleared that up.

Anyways, what's said is said on the sword, the subject is dead, time to move on. There's mods people request to be located at.

  12.

Ok guys, listen up. If a modder does want or cannot share his mod, it's either his decision not to or requires the author's permission. My reason is for avoiding plagiarism. iaidomaster, I am sorry, but I cannot and will not satisfy your pleasures in releasing this sword, yet furthermore be willing to take the risk to get myself in trouble. This is a pure example of leeching. If a modder wants to share his work, he will do so. If not, respect his decision need be, and leave him alone. The author makes his mod, and he decides what he wants to do with it. It's not your decision to tell him to release it by force.

My 2 cents into this, because I noticed a lot of leechers on Fallout 3 Underground as well.

I'm pretty sure there hasn't been a single post here that was 'forcing' him to release it.

All iaidomaster did (at first) was ask what sword mod it was in the screenshot, he had no idea that it was deathknight16's 'private' mod. Yet, deathknight16 came in on his high horse and says he's tired of everyone ask what his mod is and he's never releasing it. Fair enough that he doesn't want to release it but if he's so tired of people wondering what it is, then stop posting screenshots of it.

If you don't want to share your mod, that's fine. If you want to show off your mod that nobody else can have with your pretty screenshots, that's fine too. But don't get all sour when people ask about it.

Ok you sir, I believe that was explained in the other posts. And it has been in the DESCRIPTION when I told my friends it's a PRIVATE MOD. But if they want to release images of their files, I can't say no to them. It's their sole decision to do so. You see, conversations like this stresses me greatly when the statements were already said, and I'm not even going to bring this into a flame debate, so I'm telling you in head of advice I hexed the sword when two people have brought my ATTENTION here on this thread, when people went around asking for the sword. And I had the right to clarify. I stated it once, but don't go bringing heat on me when I said why the file wasn't released. If I identify the sword of a reference somewhere, it's because I know who made it, and I will state once who the sword was made from.

And it's not up to you to tell deathknight16 to release his screenshots or not. If he wants to release his screens, he's free to do so by his own decision. I already suggested to him to write down the details, and you read it, right? So why bother with the minor hostility?

  13. Hi there. is there any place where i can find this sword http://www.tesnexus.com/imageshare/images/1873764-1289065509.jpg

    thanks.

    Sorry wrong pic.

this is the one I'm after http://www.tesnexus.com/imageshare/images/1873764-1288057748.jpg

ok, im tired of everyone wondering what my sword is, its the Sparda from DMC, im not releasing my sword no matter how many PM requests i get. ok?

Ok,ok... Jesus, keep your precious little sword. Hope you dont choke on it. In fact, please do.

Sorry for flipping out, Been a bit on edge lately, sorry bout that man.

  14. Well I got my copy replaced yesterday, bought it off from 50 bucks from some dude who was selling it, and I'd say the forge is quite impressive. I made my very own base on forge world. It's my first base, so don't expect anything too fancy. Even though it's fairly big, I'd say that much. I might even try to make a UNSC frigate, or maybe a covy ship. Only thing I'm focusing on now is credits.
  15. Your disk got scratched the Xbox? Ouch. Happened to my Halo 3; at least the Gamestop I was at replaced it free.

I recommend keeping your Xbox 360 horizontal on a flat surface, preferably one with some gaps here and there like some tables have so the heat doesn't build up. The disks get scratched when the box tries to run games diagonally...from my experience, anyway. If your system is vertically oriented and you decide to pull a smooth move...you can kiss your disk goodbye.

Yeah, well I didn't do the scratchin'. Some stupid guy who was at my house threw the xbox to the ground, and the disc was in it too, I got quite pissed at him, and told him he better compensate me or I'd sue him. So it's always on a flat surface, the reason why it got scratched, well, blame it on the idiot who ruined my copy for me. Although I still kinda hold a grudge against him. >:(

Not saying his name though, for obvious reasons, but it was his fault for flipping out at nothing the night ago when all I was doing is having a conversation than him, then he spazzed out and at least he's lucky he didn't destroy my xbox, or he'd be in for some real trouble.

  16. I just purchased my copy yesterday, and judging from the campaign, I never really thought things took place before Master Chief, Halo CE up to Halo 3, and yet I find the Spartan creation quite interesting. Similar to Rainbox Six : Vegas 2, I see there is features that require credits to unlock every set. But after seeing Bungie's Forge World preview, it made me wanna throw my comp out the window I'm like HOLY SHII..!! :woot:

Anyways, seeing these new features is quite impressive, even thought ODST wasn't much entertaining after I beat it 2 times on Easy and Legendary, but I have to say Halo : Reach is the definition of all in the Halo franchise, and especially what we should all have. But the intensity of the new forge Bungie released, I can't wait to get my hands on the controller as soon as I get this disc fixed, which was scratched for obvious reasons.

  17. I suppose we all been a witness to this "reported attack site", good thing I clicked "Get me outta here" heh heh. Can anyone later on post the forum is safe, or has it been done so already?

The forums don't have ads and thus are safe.

The download sites are safe too as Dark0ne's fixed it. With proper security it's not much of an issue anyway. ;)

    Good to know, evilneko

  18. I do happen to have 3DS Max, but I only know how to mod for Oblivion so far, so as soon as I read this topic regarding Fallout 3, that is something beyond my knowledge at the moment.
