[I can only open Containers/doors if I have my weapon out.]

Hello.
I recently re-downloaded skyrim and all of my mods, and it seems like I have an issue now. For some reason, I can only open containers (chests, NPCs' inventories, etc) and doors if I have my weapon out. Any help is appreciated! Here is a video showing off what I mean:

I am new here. (Well, I have been here sense July, but never really bothered to go to the forums, plus I took a long break from skyrim) I would like to introduce myself. I have windows 10, so not sure if this will help you?

But it's usually in a file named Zenimax Online in your Programs x86 file?

Since you say it's a steam buy, it could be inside the Steam/Steamapps/ file?

 

The .exe is named Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe

 

On my pc it's located as follows....

Local Disk(c:)/Program Files (x86)/Zenimax Online/Launcher/Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe

 

Your's may be located under the Steam folder.

My steam games are located as follows.....

Local Disk(c:)/Steam/steamapps/Common/Dragon Age II/DragonAge2Launcher.exe

I am also having this issue. It cannot seem to locate the exe. Maybe a bug in the launcher?
