Okay peeps, for anyone getting this silly error 4, I re-copied and then pasted skse64 to its install directory and overwrote the whole thing, fixed the problem in my setup, dont know if it will help anyone else.

The error pops as soon as i start a new game with the addition that skyui will fail at some point. Thank you.
