I tried installing a few cosmetic mods, first manually (since that's how I mod my other games), then thru Vortex. Both ways I get nothing. Game runs just fine but the mods just aren't there. Vortex says they're enabled and active, and I deployed them manually before running the game the last few times. I have Stracker's Loader installed and I've tried running the game from my desktop and thru Vortex. Any ideas? I can add screen shots of my mods folder or list what mods I'm trying to use if that would help...
