  1. I have nothing but a pure, burning, incandescent loathing for any game that does this and I am astounded there's basically never an option to turn it off. If I'm playing at 16:9, then I want to watch cutscenes at 16:9. I don't want black bars cutting off a fourth of my screen. So if anyone whose knowledgeable in this can check out what can be done to eliminate the black bars for cutscenes, I'd appreciate it.
  2. So, long story short, I'm being forced to use a Steam Input Template that that combines controller based movement with mouse based camera controls. As a result, the screen flickers between Playstation and M+KB icons. Would it be possible for someone to either remove the function that has the game switch between the two, or (probably more easily) just replace all the M+KB icons with PS ones so that the interface switches, they switch to basically the same thing? I'm sorry, I know this is a very specific thing, but it's incredibly distracting while playing.
  3. So, when you fully upgrade the basic armor, it ends up looking like this: However, say you want to use the Bear armor, which includes the cloak you get at the start at the game. It looks like this: If you ignore the bear cloak, you can see that the armor being used is straight up black instead of dark brown. Black belt, black sleeve, black chest piece. Additionally, the metal pieces (like the belt, or the wrist guard next to the shield) are more of a yellowish gold than the bronze gold that the survival armor has. The fully black armor just looks cooler in general tbh. Can someone modify the final Survival armor so that it has the same color scheme as the bear armor (aka make it so the final armor is identical to bear armor sans the cloak)?
  4. So, the only example of this I've seen elsewhere is this RE8 mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/residentevilvillage/mods/324 Basically, in Alan Wake 2, if you turn, the character model of Alan and Saga turn with the camera. I would like it to be like in most third person shooters where it only happens when aiming, but lets the character model be neutral if I'm not aiming.
  5. When you get in dark areas, Leon will pull out his flashlight. However, this is entirely dependent on Leon passing through to a designated location where he activates it. Is there anyone with the know-how to make this into function that the player can activate/de-activate at will? I don't know if I'm alone here, but I was genuinely annoyed I couldn't take out the flashlight when I wanted to. Please, I'd appreciate someone finding the code that activates it and tying it to a button you can activate.
