So, in a sense I should make a list of all the mods I use, in order to re-download them on the other PC?

Long story short, I split my time between two different locations, and therefore two different PCs. I am in the process of setting up my modlist with Vortex for the first time, but at the weekend I will be at home, using my other PC. Is Vortex similar to Steam, in the sense that it will sync my account with whatever platform I open it on? Will I have to re-subscribe to the modlist I have on my first PC? My main worry is that I open Vortex on my second PC, it sees I have no mods installed (yet), and proceeds to wipe my Vortex account from installed mods, if that makes sense... Thanks
