Hi, I was following the guide at https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/477 to edit my default SFXCharacterClass_Soldier.pcc. I made changes to powers as per that guide, though I did import the power information from the mod located at https://www.nexusmods.com/masseffectlegendaryedition/mods/527?tab=posts&BH=0 I was trying to duplicate the changes, by logic, of the powers, but even when starting a new game, the changes don't happen in game. I didn't r4eads the entire guide, but FFS WTF else do I need to do?! edited file available upon request.

So, I haven't been following the modding scene. Vortex seems to indicate that it works for mods, but I see descriptions that say to use Fluffy Mod Manager. I'm confused. Does Vortex not work?
