  1. Hello, I am looking for a mod described in the title. I know one exists as it's found in the "Welcome to Night City" collection. However that mod collection is huge, and I cannot locate the mod responsible. I tried Googling and the search here to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  2. Very true... maybe. heh Still, there is going in for seconds on the cabbage rolls and eating a modern grocery stores worth. Not to mention the constant need for resupply.
  3. Anybody else ever notice the sheer and ungodly amounts of food in Skyrim? Every home is filled to the brim, tables have full spread Taj Mahal levels of up to thousands of pounds of cheese, meat, and vegetables. This is exacerbated by mods that expand places. I'm an old school Elder Scrolls player, before Skyrim was described as bleak, winter-land, that is hard to survive in. Yet I have not seen or felt that the entire game, other that the quality of the structures seems a bit weathered, Skyrim itself seems to be the food capital of the world. Anybody else have a lore explanation why every home and business in Skyrim is absolutely filled with food?
  4. Hello, I am trying to import my own custom 3D model into SE. I use Blender, sadly it seems as if every tool and tutorial is overwhelmingly outdated. I also use NifScope. Now... I have made the model and exported it in Blender via .obj ran bodyslide and exported the model to a .nif. It did warn me that the object has no weight I figured that was normal (correct me please if I am wrong) I then added the necessary nodes and properties to the model via Nifscope. That same setup worked as intended with another body type. I load the game and I can see the model's description and text. Even in the menu. It just is missing, not transparent, but missing. Any help would end DAYS of suffering. Thank you very much.

Ah I see, so it is quite possible that the game handles these properly (outside of the few obvious ones) as far as I can tell, at least with these .nif files the standard must run through nif opt. seems to be incorrect... I've now super tested these, in every possible occurrence. Running the tool, or converting it with bodyslide breaks them. Thank you, sadly this has made my jouney into modding that much more difficult. But thank you none the less.
  6. No, only in the menu, I will try that. But, I hate to ask again, what made you come to that conclusion that this needed Nif Opt? If it works correctly as it, and is not explicitly needed, why go through it? What made you come to that conclusion that this needed nif opt?
  7. Did that know that was a thing, until now of course.. Wasn't aware you could view the file sizes in the menu, but I should have been more specific in-game menu. If it was a file size issue I'd just clear some space. I have included screenshots but what my question was/is, what made you think they need converting? to my eyes everything appears to be in order, they even collide properly. What do you mean my "normals not being faced correctly" and "update tangent space"? I am using Nifscope (as best I can) is there, or are there other tools besides the aforementioned ones?   8. Yes, and it causes the 3D file in the menu to blow up to crazy sizes. Tried every check box, and default.
  9. Well in general, but specifically in one case is the chocolates mod here... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/85349/ When you convert them with the nif tools they broke. If you don't they appear to all load correctly and -not- crash. There are more examples, this is just one.
  10. Ah thank you, but what if the mod appears to be in working order, is there something I'm missing, is converting the meshes a "hard" requirement?
  11. Hello, I need a bit of help, I was under the impression that ALL Oldrim meshes had to be converted to SE... I've been porting some with success, however the converted meshes break, when seemingly the old meshes work. It's a single item that I can see all sides so.. yeah? Am I incorrect?

  13. Hello, does anybody else find Bethesda timelines annoying? Winterhold specifically. Now I understand the Great Collapse was catastrophic, but it's absolutely lore breaking that they haven't attempted some sort of recovery. It's been 80 years! They talk and act like it's happened yesterday. Entire countries have been built in that time, ignoring the fact that it was the most powerful province. Did ALL of your money wash away as well? Did you stop collecting taxes? If so, how are you able to pay anybody? Let alone the Dragonborn. Did any of the provinces send aid? Or are we to believe that a storm can wipe out an entire hold with no regard? I'm not saying roll out the Taj Mahal but they would at the very bare minimum cleaned up and started the process. What are your thoughts?
  14. Hello, this is my first time trying to do something like this so please, keep that in mind.+ I am trying to port a MOD called (Wet and Cold) I unpacked the old version of the mod for Oldrim. Not using the SE version because it still has glareing flaws. Suprisingly just throwing it all in there, with SKSE Alpha, and SKYUI just works! I'm not talking sort of works, I'm talking completely. I've spawned about a dozen or so NPCs as well as walked around. All seem to change hoods on time, all are getting the drips and breath animation. Problem is... I don't get it! NifScan tells me ALL of the Meshes and Textures have errors. It has sound files, aren't those supposed to be converted? Also, wasn't I supposed to convert in the new headers? Not that I'm complaining, I get no errors in the Pap logs... Will this harm my game down the road? I know it's a lot of questions, thank you.
  15. I can vouch for Wet and Cold (original not port) is working better then the port. Atleast it seems, no errors in the logs, and every NPC seems to properly changing gear.
