They need to be changed. At the very least, increase the HOURLY limit by 10x on hourly for PREMIUM paid users. It is quite common to hit the limit in the Sinitar Gaming community (primarily for SKYRIM modding). We have a working skyrim mod list and guide for 1400 mods, so yes, we hit the hourly limit quite often.
