You know a good mod was Superheros for quake 2 OG I looked it up and fileplanet still has some Info on it. https://www.fileplanet.com/archive/p-30855/Superheroes-Quake-2-v1-0 that's about it nothing more to add but FilePlanet had 1000s of mods for old quake I kind of miss that now.

I don't know if this is it but after I installed "a little sexy apparel replacer with LSAR Addon" a lot of bodies started doing that. I don't know if that helps.
