@NerevarIIHi! Did you find a solution? I decide to re-play Skyrim (actually latest SE version) after 10 years lol, and still encouner this annoyng bug in recent verison of game. Can't find a solution (aside from using something complex like Nemesis+OAR+JBO+etc...) I don't care about animations, playing from 1st person view, I just want to fix jump blocking at obstacles. P.S. Sorry for necro posting
