snakebite error

for anyone wondering, it was just a firewall issue, disable any anti virus protection you might have -
I downloaded the snakebite mod manager, once i double clicked on the .exe file i get this msg (picture) i tried admin mode also but same problem still occurs, any help is much appreciated. running on the steam version
