I had a similar problem but it was because of some ring of phynaster that I found by some mod that created a ward there passively created a ward there soaked up 20 damage stunlocking me in the progress when hit by mages the effect would even be really glitchy making the ward sound constantly appear while I constantly take damage not being able to do anything
