Notes: 1. Suddenly CDT messed up the last saves in Skyrim (saves inside buildings work fine) 2. It is most likely Skyrim.esm that crushing the game, not a mod, you will see it in the log. 2.1 In the column possible relevant objects you will see the file HumanBeardMedium03_1bit, which is inside skyrim.esm 3. I've tried checking the integrity of files via steam 4. I tried loading the save game several times, they all have the same logs 5. Help...

UPD: After a few seconds, the cooldown reappeared with the same long delay :sad:

After I introduced SGTM 5.0 and SGTM 1.0, the shout cooldown is much smaller than it was originally. Apparently it was a bug from the very beginning of the game :smile: Thank you very much for help!
