Ноw to modify the mini-games built into the game?

I know how to unpack files, pick them back, change configuration file values, prices, recipes, spawn, etc. But I absolutely do not know where the data of the mini-games is stored? (( -
Is there any way to modify the mini-games built into the game? I really like racing in Far Cry 3, but I don't like the rewards and time to complete the races. I would like to increase the rewards and decrease the time, respectively, for a beginner, an decided and an expert.
