Sorry I don't know if that works or not, But you can change your race to the same as an NPCs without messing up your perks using the "matchrace" command, you have to use the numbers listed next to the NPCs name in the parentheses when you select them in the command console though. An example of the command would be "Player.matchrace 00000014". you have to have the number, it won't work if you only select them. Good Luck & Good Hunting
