Me too. No mods working at all. I installed the mod manager correctly.
Went to the discord channel for Qmodmanager and they could not help. nor could Reddit.

Cannot find where in Vortex to change my installed games. When trying to Manage a game I get "I/O errors, the drive is broken. Do not contact Nexus as this is not a software problem and we cannot help you."
I even uninstalled and reinstalled Vortex, it still knows which games I have installed and where the old file path was. Cannot figure out how to change the Mod install path.

Auto sorting would be nice but if has a buttload of chests I can probably figure something out with one of the auto-sorting plugins already available. I don't care if its a new home, a basement mod, or alters an existing home. I also don't care if it has any item or spell allowing teleportation.
Can't seem to find exactly what I need on the Nexus.

its not working properly for me.
Keeps running the Fallout 4 launcher, which, as I recall, means the Script Extender is not working properly.

definitely not working correctly. none of my mods function in game. theres no SE version listed under Settings at the main screen.

Or modded a regular player home to have automated sorting?
In classic Skyrim I used the one for Proudspire Manor, Proudspire Remodeled by Lrsamways. But in the Special Edition nexus I cant seem to find any new homes or modded player homes with auto sorting. I tried using the fish mod but its actually more of a pain than anything.

I finally went ahead and installed SSE. Already been using the Nexus Mod Manager for quite some time with Fallout 4 and classic Skyrim.
The NMM found the game no problem. Installed a few mods. They are checked green in the MM, but are not coming up in-game on the mod list, and they are not apparently having any effect in-game. How do I force SSE to install and use these mods?

Or Far Harbour.
I get sick of the brotherhood sending me to Far harbor, especially if I havent even made my initial visit to Kusumis house yet.
Any way to mod the game so Brotherhood never sends me there for artifacts or enemy clearing?

HELLO! Long time lurker here. Cannot recall the last time I posted.
I got a nice new ASUS ROG and it tops out at 144hz. Loaded up Skyrim for the first time in a while and I noticed the physics going crazy. I walk into a room and stuff all over the place shoots across at max velocity. Sometimes they bound repeatedly and harm NPC's.
Was going to post a big thread with all my mods and ask what could be causing it, then I found this one.
Is the frame rate by itself causing physics problems? Do I have to limit it to 60 just to fix this issue, or is there another way with maybe mods or custom serttings? I kinda like playing at 144. Its smooth.

How do I make gems more common with all shopkeepers at every level?
Or failing that, at least more common with the Pawnshop vendors, and perhaps all the vendors in the Ragged Flagon.
I think it involves editing either leveled lists, or adding the original leveled lists to merchant chests. But I cant figure out who has what. Vekel The Man apparently uses the MerchantRiftenRaggedflagon chest, the only one thats listed which makes any sense. But I cant find the one Tonila uses, nor any of the other 4 merchants you have to unlock with the thieves random quests.
I added all the leveled lists I could find with gems to Vekels chest, but he only had a couple of gems when I went to see him. My character is level 29, but I want more gems at any level. I'd like characters to be able to buy stuff if they are willing to part with the money. Some side quests and some crafting items require better gems than I can find or purchase normally.
I'll do it myself if someone here doesnt want to go thru the process but would just explain it to me.
I havent played since 2018, according to my save file. Mods seem to be missing.

I had a mod that disabled missiles entirely. You dont have to buy them. You never use them up.
Just checked the nexus and there are only 4 mods and all are from after 2019, and none of them is the missile mod. I know the game isnt super popular but did somebody do a purge of most of the mods?
