I always wanted town hall as a base. It's fortified, in the middle of town, has a lot of rooms to turn into different facilities like eating area, cooking area, etc. Does anyone know how to go about doing this? I know how to mod, just haven't figured this out. Trying to bring Breakdown back to life for me with a completely new base. Thank you for any help.
