Been having the same problem at both Markarth and Eldergleam Sanctuary. With Eldergleam I was able to use the old console command trick to jump to Whiterun but the minute I started the "A Night to Remember" quest and woke up in Markarth I was stuck there. Several rage-quits later and google sent me here! So a big thanks to everyone that did the leg work to solve this problem, thanks to you I can go back to running around putting my war-axe through Forsworn faces!!!
