I am looking for a mod that makes rain, snow and ash act like actual particles, so they won't fall through roofs and other things. Is there something like that?

Is there a mod similar to Morrowind's Herbalism (or Skyrim's default system)? Meaning, when harvesting plants, thy will be picked instead of opened like containers.

I am looking for the following two mods, if these exist: - One that always shows the health bar of my companion when I look at her/him (so I can know when healing is needed). - One that gives makes a wall or fence around the Hearthfire estates.

Is there a mod that prevents me from selling equipment that I marked as favourite? (Preferably one that simply doesn't let them show up when trading, and won't make them mission critical-like objects, what cannot be dropped, offered for follower or placed.)
