I'm *suuuure* that the people who create new, custom textures, meshes and other resources from scrap have absolutely *nothing* against the idea of someone making money off their work and giving a "thanx 4 the stuff" in return...

[Need some help with modding a feral ghoul]

Try looking at the Lakelurk. It has a similar combat style to what you want, whatever setting your ghoul is missing should show up in the Lakelurk.

 

I tried it and it didn't work, I practically copied the ghoul into a exact replica of a lakelurk but it still keeps attacking with melee. The craziest thing is that if I toggle detection off I can see the ghoul wandering around with the projectile in it's hand, but as soon as I toggle detection back on and it sees me, its like "screw this highly damaging acid gore grenade, I'll rush this motha!"

[Need some help with modding a feral ghoul]

I'm trying to develop a feral ghoul that specializes in ranged combat and hangs back while chucking projectiles at the player (hence I call it the Feral Ghoul Chucker), but it won’t do it. I know it can do it, I remember those delightful Feral Ghoul Reavers in FO3. But It starts hand to hand combat as soon it sees me. I think I have every condition right for it to be able to throw the projectile (a grenade like projectile, its own FormList, a ranged combat style) so how come it's not doing it? Note that I own FO3 on console so I can't go and check the way they made it possible. Can someone help me?

[New patch killed my New Vegas - constant CTD]

I had the exact same problem, my game just crapped out on me in mid-play and it wouldn't start again. Then I rearranged the bsa files in the fallout_default.ini and now it works just fine. It's quite amazing how a little thing like that can f you so royally. And are you sure did exactly like that? Cause for me the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated bsa was named "AII-FNV!.bsa", instead of "ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa".

The person i hate(ed) the most is gotta be the Yellow Team Champion in the arena bloodworks. God i felt good when i killed her at the Champion battle

[How To Take Screenshots]

Are you sure the screenshots were taken in the first place? When you pressed the Print Screen button, did a message appear at the top of the screen saying 'screenshot0.bmp has been created', or something like that? Did you change the line in the ini file? And if you used FRAPS the screenshots will appear somewhere else of course.

 

 

Well I'm pretty sure, I saw message and it said "screenshot created" but I still can't find it
