Sorry to resurrect this thread, but I I'm hitting the rate limiter as well as a Premium member. Yes, I downloaded quite a few last night as I'm following a mod download guide from Lexy. I hit the rate limit last night so I went to bed and woke up to finish up the mod downloads. Now after a single mod download this morning, I've hit the rate cap again. This shouldn't be the case, right?
