I have created troops that use a custom culture (https://www.nexusmods.com/mountandblade2bannerlord/mods/2079) but for some reason am unable to change settlement cultures in the sandbox/settlements file. I'm guessing the settlement culture is being referenced by another file, but I can't seem to find it. Aside from that my culture is using empire definitions for townsfolk, merchants, etc. Thanks for any input
