in my enbseries ini, the option for "IgnoreWeatherSystemsInteriors" is checked, however the weathers ini such as [environment] settings are still affecting interiors instead of the enbseries [environment] settings. Any help on understanding what caused this or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

Skyrim Special Edition. Running rudy enb for obsidian weathers and latest enb binaries.
For whatever reason, despite having "IgnoreWeatherSystemsInterior" checked, the weathers are still affecting my game. Essentially I have to use the active weather window to edit the environment settings. Shouldn't be this way, right?
Any suggestions on what could be causing this or how to fix it would be greatly appreciated, thanks! -
I was wondering if anyone knew how to make skin texture work with COtR (charmers of the Reach) race mod. It uses a high poly head mesh so if you use any regular skin texture on it, your face will be all messed up.
I tried contacting COtR author to see if they would consider making a patch as they have done for a few other skins but they have not responded and I was hoping someone could give me instruction on how to do it myself.
anyone? c: -
When I use my flashlight, everything around me gets super bright - including things that are behind me. It did not used to be this way, but I did not recently install any new mods that would have changed the pip boy. I tried going back to an old save but the issue persists. Basically my pip-boy is emitting an extremely bright light all around my character which creates 0 shadows and completely lights up everything.
What the heck is going on and how can I fix it? This is awful.

Weapon damage values too high

weapon damage values are sky high. Removed weapon and gameplay related mods and started a new game - same issue. 10mm pistol base damage should be around 18.. mine starts around 84 I think.
I have no idea what is causing this but its bugging me. Hopefully someone can help me out here. All guns have high damage. Shotguns boast a high damage value too, but for whatever reason their damage feels really nerfed when I am using them. NPCs will one shot me with them though. Melee weapons seem unaffected.
