i almost never use vats at all but i like the critical meter idea and i was wondering if it would be possible to have a critical meter out of vats and when you use it time slows down untill you take your next shot which of course would be a crit i think that would be absolutely awesome for people like me who dont use vats yet would like that little bit of an edge on the scum of the commonwealth
