any chance someone could do a mod with just a single extra inventory row and that's it? I'm afraid to get these mods with equipment slots from all the bug reports but with just an extra row you could put the junk in there and not really worry about it if it happens

No that's the first time I've modified it and I just deleted both of the two mods I had and re installed the game again. It still didn't work... Also... I don't have any video drivers

when you start oblivion click "data files" then make sure they're all checked off
