  1. The main menu for Skyrim is well-known as the Skyrim logo with fog rising around it. The concept of this idea is finding a way to replace the whole screen with not just a picture/animation, but an entire video such as Oblivion's Main Menu. A perfect video for this would be the intro I posted in my previous forum, this. CONCEPT The conversion could include a video with no sound and maybe a simplified version with a lower resolution. If someone could find a way to convert a video into a file that can replace the main menu, the mod would be complete. The sound that goes with the video could be included by (if the video is on youtube) using the Youtube to mp3 Converter, converting the .mp3 file into a .xwm file and replacing the default music in the mainmenu in the files. -Even if the sound and video were off-sync, this would be an amazing mod and I'm not asking for a miracle, just giving a concept for modders if they could figure it out.
  2. I AM NOT LOOKING TO COMPLETELY DISABLE THE INTRO What I am wanting to do is find a way to skip Skyrim's Bethesda intro via pressing a button on the keyboard for modders who have made intros like this. I absolutely love this intro and every time I watch it when I start up the game, I am instantly immersed like I am watching a series, but I am creating it. For almost 2 years now I've been waiting on someone to make a skippable version to this amazing intro to no avail. I have no modding experience except some toying around with the creation kit, but I have tried a few things but nothing has worked. I've tried to methods: 1. Using ini commands from Oblivion to find a skip command. (I mean if Bethesda did it once, it couldn't be hard to do it again) 2. Trying to find a way to turn the main menu mesh into a video to replace it with any intro you want. (I believe this would be even better, even if was off-sync.) (Better explained concept found here) Has this actually not been made or am I just blind and the answer is right in front of me? -Any response will put my mind to rest on this.
  3. This would be a great mod, It'd most likely take a lot of time and scripting, but It'd be awesome to have, and maybe have a few small quests and a little bit of drama between the character and the child. I'm behind this.
  4. This isn't really a request for a mod to be made, but more of a request for experienced modders to help me make a new world mod. I know there are some great world mods out there like Windfall, and extensions like Elsweyr the Deserts of Anequina, but I've wanted to make my own. A world out of imagination. I've wanted to make this for 3 years now. I've been watching tutorial after tutorial and learning things on my own. I can setup nice looking architecture, retexture items so well that it doesn't look like it's from the game (well some do,) create armors from items in the game (mashing things up in NIfskope) and make hundreds of dynamic characters. This vision of a new world is called Zamnia. Well what I'm requesting is if I could have some help making this mod come true, that'd be awesome. I'm brand new to the online community so if there's a different place this forum should be on I'm sorry. I'll honestly accept any help I can get, but I'm mostly looking for people that are: -Experienced with Scripting, -Know how to make things in blender (or something similar) -Good with creating quests -An experienced modder If you are any of these things and wish to help me make this world out of imagination, contact me through these: -Message me on here -Kik: XxArChAnGeLxX -PSN: SaBeRtHeSkIlLeD (Also if you don't like the name but you still want to help I'd be happy to agree on a new name for it.)
