It looks like it needs skse? this is SSE. No skse support. also, can't see any install guide in your sign?

Hey guys, i'm currently having problems loading savegames. I recently reinstalled windows and had to reload all my mods back onto skyrim. I'm getting a CTD without any errors, my mods load orders are done with loot and have no issues, sseedit doesn't report any errors. Everything is up to date. I may have loaded mods that conflict that are old. Any help would be great. This is the error reported by skyrim's Papyrus log. and my load order.
