  1. According to Non-ENB Carbon technology developed by CCP (like 5-10 years old) and abandoned long ago, your rendered game sucks along with the modification of said game. Mostly all assets produced in the vanilla game an 3rd party by modder hand all pretty much suck. I guess we better get to chewing the lumb of crap that we are, compared to a relatively equally shitty game. It only stings that it's a online game, an it's over 10 years old, though it is using current rendering technology. So maybe that's why we suck in comparison. So you be the judge. I know I never personally held myself to this standard or a standard that is even higher, but it's not like we don't have the ability to do that. "Who Knew" /shrug o/
  2. A while back the concept artist for FO3 an Skyrim died of cancer. Bethesda published his work in memorandum afterwards. Roughly 500 Mb of paper concept art, which is unique in that it's all done on computer now. Less there are still artists whom insist that paper has a higher refresh rate working in the industry. To which Adam replied as a reason to ignore Photoshop && Autodesk, jokingly. At the time I got a copy of all the 500 Mb drawings, and many of them struck me. One in particular was a picture of the bombs exploding, an another was of a guy surrounded by clutter in a small room sitting on a couch in front of a huge (and I do mean huge) television set. Bubble screen an cabinet, the whole works. So I put a huge TV in Vault 111 as a prototype. Works great. Now way back then as part of my thanks to Adam an Bethesda thereby. I took my favorite drawing that Adam A. drew, an put it on a poster with his name at the bottom right, as these are not signed art, an it doesn't count unless it's signed. To the left I put "Drink all the beer" as Adam's favorite quote in remembrance. Though it's was a very informal memorandum locked into a prototype. Since most of you are doing this kind of thing anyway. I thought it would be fine to mention it. The new webpage might have archived pages that cover this, I would think it would, but have fun looking. Then maybe the pictures, or the idea that what Fallout is now was determined by time, long ago, by other people, for the many Fallout games. To that end, find it an be inspired. o/
  3. Not glow, light, someone put a light there. I don't know what that mod is, but I bet there are better mods. Namely Worsin's power armor garage, but there were some others working on that particular idea. Hope it helps. o/
  4. um, idk wait for how ever long you respawn is set to.
  5. Cool load order. When Flags of the world was being made it crashed like that. The creator said to try moving thru the menu slowly an it would load. You know, waiting for the build mode menu to load that, give it a few seconds, an if you don't see items wait till you see them, before going further. It could be it's a really old load order an set of mods. I deleted everything an started over twice, with the 3rd load order turning out perfect, well more perfect for me, an stable. I got rid of a lot of messy s***, an some things I wanted but wouldn't work with what I had. IMO, Settlement keywords was a piece of s***. Because the real settlement keywords are the ones in Homemaker. If you don't use a mod that conflicts with Homemaker, Settlement Keywords can get f***ed. I mean if I were going to have made a settlement keywords for the community, it would be based on Homemaker or SSEX, though SSEX is outdated now, an has been replaced with Homemaker. Armor Keywords is bad enough. It seems very much the cluster f*** catastrophe of compatibility patches of the last 6 years with Fallout. To help, you can ~player.getav experience which will give you how much XP you earned. You can pretty much craft anything else you would lose. Namely cause if you made a new load order, you would have to start a new game. The face can be ripped or improved on an such. What I found was that I got closer to the character from having to start over multiple times since launch, legacy though, doesn't sting as bad. For one thing you pick the perks like 6,000 times an can figure out how you want it. The attachment is Organic XP. You would pretty much multiply your XP by 5. That or just note the level you were at an then ~player.modav experience # over an over till you got to the level you were at, save the game an then practice picking perks in the sanctuary basement. Organic XP multiplies XP rewards by 5 so that a kill equals 25 XP on very easy kills, the rest is locked until the GECK, but those others would be multiplied by 5 whatever they are. Because of that, the requirements to level up were multiplied by 5 as well, though instead of the lame 200/75 base that comes with FO4, it's using FO3/FNV 200/150 x 5 or 1000/750. To explain, it requires 1000 XP to reach level 2, an 1750 XP to reach level 3 an so on. Picking locks, hacking computer, speech challenges, discovery, ect were all standardized to FO3/FNV reward amounts 12, 25, 50, 75, and 150. Then to bolster that build mode was standardized an set to 125 XP max (though it varies) It comes with a well rested 25% XP bonus that lasts from 6:00am to lunchtime, thus making 125 XP into 150XP or something like that, I don't quite remember all the details. Then also it comes with Tougher Lock Picking. Which if it is released again will be changed to Realistic Lock Picking, because that's what it feels like. It's not a sweet spot, it feels like there is only one spot for a lock to unlock it, such is the case with locks in the real world. You don't have to use it, but since you were maybe considering changing the game, this would change the game, and it's just human psychology, we like bigger numbers an tough locks, ROFL.
  6. Cell reset bug? Sounds like it. I think you would need to remove mods that change that area, as in the worldspace cells in that location, so where you were at when you had the problem an 24 cells around it, couldn't be touched. Though I bet if you look maybe you would find a fix for it. PA would cell reset an we fixed it. The fix was placing new items, so it could be as simple as using a settlers mod, one that makes them male/female pretty/ugly an such, in other words custom settlers. The game still might load them in the default state, but it's worth a shot.
  7. The international virtual world of the net has spoken. And it just can't hate me enough. I'm really sorry about that. I did the best I could. I don't make mods or models anymore. Share pictures, talk to people, tech support. Maybe later this year I'll revisit it. I still got the tinge stink of anus personalities injected into virtual social situations lingering in my mind. Better luck next time. o/
  8. Oh, I didn't post the topic for sexist reasons, just the girl gamers are harder to find. Also if you didn't know, at least in Firefox, a plug in can be installed that puts a download button on YouTube pages. Now you got a source copy. I downloaded a mp4 of one of my recent favorite videos an kept it, besides watching it outside of the somewhat anoying flash player. This Video Below Really Cheered Me Up. Machinima Presents Ben Buja's Fallout 4 - Bloopers, Glitches, & Silly Stuff (Funny Moments)
  9. I was having trouble mentally connecting with FO4 an the character I have currently. So I went looking for girl gamers streaming or making "Let's Play" YouTubes. I found Minnie Kane a new channel an new currently being made "let's play" with 11 videos so far I think. It sounds like she played many games from chatting with her an watching the video. I'll probably go find some other people playing FO4 too. o/ Minnie Kane FO4 Let's Play by Minnie Kane, starting at 1/2 thru video two (playlist)
  10. In response to post #34615300. This is Creation Engine. Look it up on the wikipedia if you wana talk about it. I doubt anyone that read about it or worked with Skyrim/FO4 CE to make mods would make this claim that it's Gamebyro.
  11. If I make myself, that's the base, if I place that into the world that's the reference, it's a reference to the base so the game has something to put there. You know using various forms we filled out. Maybe more easy to remember in that the base is also the form ID, base form. The engine automatically renumbers form/reference IDs if there is a change, it's best not to change it though, get it going stable an use it till it's time for a change or rebuild. It's all old rules though, as it's post Skyrim CE tech now. Lot of changes to stuff that won't really be figured out until the CE comes out, an patches with that. In the past it wasn't a good idea to work with references inside a 3rd party editor, or the console, but it's old information, I'm just saying be careful, an don't forget all this crap is experimental at best till the CE. o/
  12. Flame me, I'm the author an I'm telling people to flame it. A little over 60 hours of work, instead of having roughly 100 hours of game play, 7 mods failed at release, which I just can't help but laugh at, cause games do that all the time, so if it's going down anyway this last one will go down in youtube flames until the next release, LOL in it or something so we don't get into trouble, have fun. Organic XP 3.1 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6767/? Old pic, ROFL o/ http://i895.photobucket.com/albums/ac156/grindedstone/2007-2013/StupidMod800.jpg
  13. It's a rough place here, going to the Bethesda forums for FO4, cause it's different there, an I hope as much talent comes out of there as did in the past. Do me a favor, flame this mod, but you know do some kind of LOL so we don't get in trouble for playing a flame game, I reckon it died when I published it due to high traffic glitches, but yeah it's happened 7 times so I'm telling everyone to flame it in fun. Great Topic o/ Organic XP http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6767/?
  14. I still use it, nobody wanted it, but the last one was a different mod getting good an it died 5 hours after publishing it from scratch, the thumbnail glitched an didn't show Wilson from Castaway a mesh I made to cheer people up in FNV, but never got used, then it got put into yesterdays mods instead of todays. That's the point though, nobody really remembers my name or asked me, hey, you know, where did that gooooooooooooo DEATHCLAW *everybody runs* cause that's what we'd do if we saw one. If you were curious the mod had the medicine cabinet fixed cause it turned out to be essential, an the roof was replaced among many other things to stop the stupid rain making the floors inside wet. I kind of felt like moving somewhere else though. The idea was only what Codsworth said, 200 years of working on it, I'm sure that more would be accomplished. ROFL maybe they'll sell a DLC for a player home, yayyyyyy Hearthfire
  15. not that, the whole post was interesting for pixel work, why I shared, but go ahead an make assumptions ^^ ^^ it's our right as humans...
