mine is doing the gray esm and it makes everything look weird as if nothing loads up properly when i play the game how should i go about uninstalling and re installing skyrim

i dont get what the archive thing is all about. just got skyrim for pc and have the vampiric thirst mod. the creation kit crashes when i do the data part for the mod or dawnguard. can someone please explain to me in detail on how to fix the issue. i want to modify this mod a bit more to my liking
