Hello all, New to the forums but I've been playing the Fallout series since its inception, and I'm currently running about 70 Nexus mods (AMD "Bulldozer" Octacore + GeForce GTX 570 FTW!)... Figure it's about time I give something back. Anyway, I'm a 34 year old white male from the US who does impersonations. I'm not as good as Jon St. John... but I'm also a heck of a lot cheaper. lol. So, if you need a specific type of male voice (as long as it's not someone who just screams every line like they're demon-possessed), I can probably pull it off. (I can do female voices too... but you can likely find a female voice actor who can do it a lot better than I can... since they'd be, like, female.) What I CAN do: Voices similar to Kermit the Frog, Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Curly (from the Three Stooges), Forrest Gump, pretty much any country singer you can think of... and Dr. Dre. (Don't know where that voice came from, lol. And strangely enough, I can't mimic Eminem AT ALL. Go figure.) I also do a variety of accents, including Russian, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and English. Basically, I can do any style of character you may need, and if I can't already I can probably train myself to. What I CAN'T (or WON'T) do: Voices similar to Daffy Duck, screaming (not screaming like a drill sergeant, I can do that just fine... think more like Drowning Pool's "Let The Bodies Hit The Floor"... technically I can do it, but I prefer not to feel like I've gargled with razor blades, thanks), and cursing. If you send me a script with cursing, you'll get back clean-version recordings... just so you're aware. Please keep in mind, too, that I am a 34 year old male... I have a job and a family. If you need something done quickly, I will do what I can, but chances are it will take me some extra time to finish what you need done so it'd be in your best interest to get me the script sooner rather than later. If I'm too swamped to help you out at the time, I will let you know up front. Ok, now for the part that makes it sound like I'm a fake... but I'm really not, I swear, lol: I currently do not have a mic... well, I have a mic, but I don't have my mixer board so I can actually use it (I was a producer back about ten years ago... most of my equipment has, umm, "migrated"). I'm buying a new mic within the next two weeks regardless (one that uses USB), so I'll have that rectified shortly. However, since I don't have a mic, I currently don't have anything in the way of samples. I can promise you though... I am for real. Let me know what you're looking for and I'll do my best to pull off that voice. I may have to record demos on my phone for the very near term, but I'll figure out a way to get you something.
