Have Dissonant Whispers force the target to use it's reaction to run away on a failed save instead of frightened, or if that's not doable have it apply something comparable to command: flee for a round instead as that more closely emulates what the 5e version of the spell does than just applying frightened that prevents them from running away.

Actually, There IS a mod for shoulderless variants of the SKYRIM Vanilla armor (Bingles Buff Armors) But I'm not so sure the author has any plans on continuing with DLC armors.

I personally would prefer the puffy shoulder dealy the brown underlay would leave. It's just the head shoulders that I don't like .

Or, at the very least, could someone direct me towards what I'd need to do to make it myself?

Would it be possible for someone to remove those eagle-head shoulders from the nordic carved armor, leaving the brown armor underlay as the shoulder? I love that armor, just hate the shoulders, Thanks in advance.
