Hi I'm also new to the forum and I have a similar problem. I'm using Skyrim v1.8.151.0 and SKSE v1.6.5 on Windows XP SP3. And I downloaded many different mods for example the Slot Machine, Dragoon, Craftable Arrows and Lockpicks, Newermind Bow Collection, TK Combat, Willow Creek Cottage, Beautiful Cities and etc. But when I start the game non of them are active. When I download a mod the only thing I do is place the files in their specified place. Can you tell my if I'm missing something, because I read that they should be activated by NMM or Data Files, but I don't have a clue what NMM is :) and I don't have access to Data Files? HEEEEELP!!!
