I'm not sure if this is already a feature, but it doesn't seem like it is. I recently have been getting back into Fallout 4 modding with a new, blank slate. I'm using Vortex now, for instance. I was hoping I'd be able to clear my download history though, so I'd know what I'd need to download but this wasn't the case. Instead the 'download' label has stayed on the mod thumbnails, and I have to try and figure out what mods I downloaded back in 2018 for my last modded playthrough with Nexus Mod Manager, and what I need to download for my new playthrough with Vortex. It'd be nice to have an ability to clear these so I can start downloading from a blank slate rather than having to figure out what I have and haven't downloaded.
