  1. was just thinking about how cool it would be to be able to assign a color/design to armor the same way you can with some of the shields. Let me know what y'all think.
  2. Grenades with legendary perks... I don't think I need to say anything more. Thoughts?
  3. I'm not sure if somebody already requested this, buuuut... I was thinking about a mod that took the Molotov cocktails and instead of a burning damage it does the artillery explosion instead and just add it as a weapon that has to be made (instead of found) so that random enemies don't spawn with it. I can imagine that the weapon could go into the "god items" section, but with a bit a balance tweaking (such as making it a requirement to have science 3 or something in order to produce) that it would be a useful mod. Unless something like this wont be possible until the Bethesda mod tools are available. Also it would be nice to be able to use grenades in V.A.T.S. Another idea would be to use a grenade that acted as a cluster bomb (kind of like a fat man with the "two-shot" legendary perk but in the form of an actual grenade) which also had the artillery explosion instead of the default grenade explosion, but I don't know if something of the sort would be possible with the current set of tools that are available. Would anybody be interested? Let me know what you guys think.
  4. (repost from a different topic section of the forums) I have two mods that I am trying to combine but my success is going at the pace of babysteps, when I need to be taking larger strides. The mods that I am trying to combine are aKiller Keos Skimpy Armor (Elven Cuirass) Replacer and Equipment Of Eternal Shine - Elven Overhaul. I can edit the Equipment of Eternal Shine fairly easily, but getting the texture file that I want onto the Skimpy version of the Elven Cuirass has been nothing short of frustrating. This is what I am trying to do as far as getting the design that I want onto the armor But when I actually try to implement the design onto the armor and load up the game I am faced with this... After checking the first armor, I immediately equip the actual Armor of Eternal Shine, and find out that my design had been successfully implented, but it got carried over to the wrong set of armor... Any help and or tips will be greatly appreciated, (I accept all forms of constructive criticism).
  5. If you are playing TES through steam then the armors are edited through a program known as "Creation Kit". This program is used to edit pricing values as well as armor values (on top of other things such as materials needed to create and upgrade + enchantments the armor has preloaded onto it after it is made at the forge). If you are not interested in learning how the program works (which is simple, but looks like ten different shades of confusing) then you can look for an overhaul which changes these values in game.

  7. If you check in your data files at the game launcher, do you have anything extra in the .esp files checkmarked? You may have to check this if you are not the only person playing games on your computer (since this could be an issue). Also check to make sure that this is not the vampire mod specifically by running the game without the mod.
