Im fairly new to having a pc. i found out about the Fallout new california mod and have been wanting to play it. going through youtube tutorials, the people always say i need to install the 4gb patcher. When i click the manual download button, it downloads it, but when i click to launch the patcher it doesnt open it as a file, instead it says i need an app to run it. im using windows to. I have vortex and fallout mod manager installed. i also have the C++ installed too. Pls Help
