i want to use the race module but i cant feel like the dragonborn hero when I look like a puppy next to some stupid bandit... anyway to do something about it?

Im playing with skyre and immersive weapons and form some reason I cant craft shortbows, they just dont exist. I got all the perks till orcish creed, and I can only see longbows in the crafting menu. any help?

everytime I try to download a mod with the "Download with nmm" button I get a pop up that sais "Nexus Mod Manager Stopped working", and the mod download, but nmm stays open.. help?
