i fixed it man go to settings, general, and uncheck all those boxes at the bottom, the bottom 4, apply/save, exit out, open it back up, package manager, sign in, and boom. It actually didnt give the option to sign in after that, but i have been modding all day :) Go to TomcatLegacy on Reddit this is where I got this text. You'll thank me later.
