Decertilation

When I launch Fallout New Vegas, all goes well until I get to the main menu. Then it either says "Dead Money Item Sorting Enabled Successfully" Or "Honest Hearts Item Sorting Enabled Successfully" After these message boxes pop up, I can not click OK, effectively crashing my game. This is not related to a single mod, but instead seems to be activated randomly. I had to disable about 17 offending mods before this message finally went away, but it's very annoying as it stops me from installing new mods. Any ideas?

I've tried installing Fallout Mod Manager a few times, uninstalling it, over and over, and it still doesn't work. I don't have Nexus Mod Manager installed, and I've never gotten this to work.

Ever since I downloaded the fallout mod manager, I haven't been able to launch it once. I've uninstalled it several times, but it still doesn't work. Any help please?

I have the mod checked under data files, he is standing on NavMesh, and he has an xmarkerheading. He is a protectron. Any help with this, please?
