  1. Here's one for you: I'm having precisely that same problem sans CC content. For the last day and a half I've been steadily reinstalling every mod I have and discovering that something changed literally every single mod file so hard that not a single fresh Nexus download was recognized by Vortex as the original file. At first I figured it was my dumb mistake for saying "save changes" when something went bonkers and said everything was changed outside of Vortex, but now every single absolute time I try to reinstall from within vortex it immediately tells me something tried to change files outside of vortex. Downloading anew generates no such issue, but at this point I'm starting to think Vortex itself is the problem. Then again, starting a new profile with the express intent of testing if I can get the game to load with an absolute bare-bones f4se-only mod list worked perfectly fine. There's the distinct possibility we might have a similar issue, but at this point, I just have no idea why my mods keep re-writing themselves
  2. The craziest part is which ones try to say they're invalid. I'll install a new mod, no issues, then grab a different mod, no issues, go to reinstall the first mod because it had a fomod patch for the second mod, and it'll say invalid. I then install mod number 3, and everything sorts itself normally, but now it turns out there's a file conflict I wasn't paying enough attention to when I go for mod 4, and when I set dependencies and redeploy, mod 2 says it's an invalid plugin now. Weirdest damned thing. Uninstall everything, and reinstall one at a time, no such messages. It's like Vortex is loading the registry to place a mod before it loads the mod itself, so it keeps thinking there's no mod to place
  3. Is it just me, or are a lot of mods showing up as unsortable by Vortex lately? Nearly half of all mods I've tried to grab in the last couple days have given me the message that the plugins couldn't be sorted because the one I just got wasn't valid, but when I go to manually tell it to sort, it's fine? Is this a problem with Vortex, or maybe with the newest Skyrim SE update because older mods use outdated version references? Am I just picking crappy mods?
