ok so I know this is the 2nd one and I might be making a youtube channel where I put my ideas on the video and whoever wants to I could feature on my video so if that sounds cool just shout at me. ok so Im pretty sure like EVERYONE has wanted to be a jarl so that would be amazing if someone would make it. personally I don't like dwemer stuff because it seems a little cramped to me every house mod I get with dwemer stuff but that might just be me. maybe kinda like whiterun or something maybe (if you played dragonborn) like the skall village but without the snow so yeah.
