No i actually have only one GPU, "dual" is the name of the GPU.If you are talking about the iNumHWThreads=2 in fallout.ini yes i did it.Also the game is installed in a non default location.(D/Games/Fallout3/)

Whenever i enter fallout 3 its so laggy and litteraly unplayable also the sound turns off as soon as i click the continue game button.I tried setting the compatibility and it didnt work,also tried fallout 3 stutter mod fix, also didnt work.Thanks for your help in advance specs: GPU:GTX 1070 ASUS dual CPU:i7 7700k
