At least i found the solution, Vivid weathers (i tried Skyrim flora overhaul SE and Vivid Weathers) and Vivid weathers do this sh** with my ingame trees, when i removed Vivid plugin, trees started look normally Here's the comparison after/before Vivid https://imgur.com/a/9jXZDiu

I have problem with my lod as they showing up when i close enough and they are ugly enough (look like cheap mirrored texture) any suggestions? https://imgur.com/a/wlkfwan
