I studied the Creation Kit a little, but I still don’t fully understand how to do this. I think that this should be implemented through a magical effect that gives a debuff when wearing armor - a decrease in jump height. I would also like to change the running speed in the future, but as soon as I figure out the jump, I can easily implement everything else in the same way. If anyone knows how to do this or maybe someone knows where I can find a tutorial or an example of such an implementation, I will be infinitely grateful. Thanks everyone)
