  1. Old CBBE will work. Os and Cal are currently making another for SE; aside from same UV map, it's being made from scratch (a lot more polys). Most UNP and CBBE should work, there is a bodyslide out as well for SE, but no group/presets. You'll have to move and test those yourself. Don't expect HDT for a while even after SKSE is finished -- hopefully we can transition from PE to SMP if it does.

Gopher said it'd be likely to get SkyUI after SKSE, which is probably another 1-2 weeks away (We worship you Hippo), You can use version 2.2 in the mean time or 5.1. "You can use SkyUI 5.1, just delete the quest_journal.swf and use it without the esp. Everything except skse releated stuff works, like translations and columns related to SKSE fnctions." said the wise Groovetama and some other guy in the topic about 2.2. Be sure to ask Groove about TBBP animations, he really enjoys helping others!

  2. Don't worry, friends! K-vibe will come out with an amazing Reshade that everyone will truly love!

Tonemapping isn't an issue at all and all these Reshades are looking pretty comparable* to ENBs like Southern Lights, Tetrachromatic, Rudy 2.0, Snowfall, Elder Blood, Grim and Somber, Un/Bleak, Sushi, and even NLRA or whatever it's called. Hodilton is jumping for joy at the potential in this content as we speak. Marty does well with what he has to be fair, but he and Boris are against Bethseda.

  3. The default settings are alright, it can replace a lot of light weight ENBs. I never had high expectations for a redone system (Fo4+ ?) that probably had a priority for console players. As for the textures, it's ok, but when you load something like Pfuscher's textures with parallax in higher end ENB, you're inclined to not be impressed by much even in current benchmark games. Least I have stability

  4. I modded quite a bit back in 2014, but my card was a bit weak and I didn't have a SSD (helps a lot with lack of patience). There have been so many mods released since then, and I was wondering if you could tell me what your essential mods would be now?

Big armor overhauls like the one aborn did or game engine/graphic altering ones like I see released every now and then, or even skill tree/mechanic changes that you feel vastly improved Skyrim.

I for one am sad this happened but hope you have sufficiently legally protected yourself and your intellectual property.

He's joining the Nexus, not Bethesda...

Personally, I regard EA as the worst corporate offender in gaming by miles.

As far as Bethesda seeking to destroy the modding community, it is not. It is quite clear to me that the makers of the Script Extender or their brethren will make one for Remaster.

This is not an effort to destroy the modding community, it is Bethesda doing what it can with its own intellectual property, and still leaving the door open for modders to start anew.

Since Bethesda isn't seeking to destroy the modding community I'm not sure who ELSE you could actually have meant there :P

We really need to get you a custom Bethesda cheerleader's outfit and pom poms, Arthmoor! Even if it's just for Halloween.

Both my original comment and my response to you were tongue-in-cheek jokes to a daft OP, lighten up.

We can always rely on you to come save the day as soon as the jokes or even legit comments come out at Bethesda's expense, right on cue. I am sorry for speaking ill of Bethesda, even in jest.

Where can I get my tin foil hat, I think the government is trying to read my thoughts ;)

I was deeply offended by reading the appalling replies Dark0ne has made to this person. There is legitimate proof this website is a subdued servant of the giant we know as Bethesda... until Dark0ne took over. That's right, the truth is out... my brother created this website until he went missing.

Dark0ne acts as if Bethesda's actions would have destroyed this community, one he helped build and push forward for our f*#@ing convenience. We all know him and Tannin42 are basement billionaires only doing this to troll Bethesda. Pfft.

And of course they're going to bend the knee, Bethesda is about to put an arrow in it.

I hope someone links a certain Star Wars gif in response to the line above so I can tell my father I succeeded at something in life.
  6. Was curious if it was superior to HDT-PE. I haven't tried it since I can only find links to it years ago, but people who still make or patch armor mods have recommended it.

Anyone here with experience using it? Can't find a recent version of it to download sadly

  7. Was wondering if there were major differences between the two bodies. I noticed most UNP settings opted for model like body where as CBBE was mainly luscious curves. But is there a difference between the two given CBBE can achieve that UNP look with the sliders?

Which do you guys prefer and why?

  8. So I never knew sign builds were OP in Witcher 2, I always went straight sword with a little bit of alchemy. Now I'm trying to do sign build in Witcher 3, only issue is that I find the Griffin armor to be ugly as sin; personal opinion. I hate the pot-bellied, old n' ugly couch color of the armor.

Was wondering if anyone knew if some kind of mod was up to date with 1.07 that could help me with this. Can't find one that doesn't destroy the game in 1.07.

Ontop of that, I heard Wolf armor was a hybrid which is perfect, but I can't actually collect the base diagrams until end game despite it being level 14. Is that true, 'cause if so then I have no choice but to add them through the debug console since Griffin burns my eyes worse than Igni to the face.

  9. Well I think everything right. I had to replace a simple texture file in a 600 mb BSA. I moved the BSA to my desktop, unpacked it, then dragged the meshes and textures folders of the BSA to the Archive.exe Selected all files, checked textures and meshes boxes, changed the Root Directory to my Data folder and then made the BSA. Moved that new BSA into my Skyrim folder and it didn't work out based on the fact there were no textures or body.

I have a feeling its something so simple I'm missing in this process.

  10. It depends on if you want to run an ENB and what resolution. If vanilla, s***, you can get anything for 100-200 and it will probably run at 60 fps.

The best one would be 980 for something like Kyo's Extremes, Elder Blood Ultra, Sushi Extreme, Rampage, Seasons of Skyrim, Somber 3, or the infamous 8k Immersive Tomato mod. Not even sure if it gets to 60 past 1080p in all areas. 970s can run these, but 980s slap the s*** out of it for FPS in general. I'm not to familiar with the high end Radeons otherwise I'd mention those. It all depends how much fps you want in each areas, the forests with Vert's grass is the ultimate test.

TAZ, RealVision, or other "Realistic" ENBs you can get any mid range like the 970 or R9 390 and run it with very little frame rate issues in my experience.

Check out Hodilton for ENBs. Check comments below and usually you'll find his FPS and what card he uses. They're all 2580xwhatever resolution I believe. Find one you like, then ask yourself how stronk does the card have to be. Keep in mind that other huge games are coming out so having a stronk card helps for keeping up to date AKA GTA 5, Fallout 4, Batman thing, Witcher 3, Starcraft 1.

If you're going to be running 2k-4k textures, I recommend at least 3-4 GB of VRAM on it btway.

I'd go with the 970 or the R9 390. I do recommend you go check benchmarks for brands and types of them though, some really outperform other brands.

  11. I have quite a bit of textures (tattoos, paints, ect) for RaceMenu Overlay. The problem is that only the tattoo's that came with OverLay and probably 1 or 2 mods are actually showing up. Things like THEHAGs Tattoos and Freckle Mania won't even pop up. Tried different races. all that. Suicide Girl I've seen only work once and can't recreate now.

If anyone has any idea of what's going on, please let me know T.T Everything was installed correctly unless there is a specific load order that LOOT doesn't do for it.
